A teacher at Westlake High School in Texas is under fire for indecent behavior with a student. Haeli Noelle Wey has been accused of sleeping with her 17-year-old male student while on a trip to Africa. She didn’t sleep with the teen once or twice, she slept with him 10 TIMES.
