David Cassidy Arrested For Drunk Driving For Third Time: Report

Third time is not the charm. David Cassidyhas been arrested for drunk driving, TMZ reports. The incident marks the third time the former Partridge Familystar has been pulled over for driving under the influence.

According to the site, Cassidy, 63, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 10, after exiting the 405 freeway in Los Angeles. Police reportedly approached his vehicle after he made an illegal right.

Cassidy was ordered out of the car and blew a .19 during a sobriety test. He was arrested and released hours later.

The '70s heartthrob -- who is a dad to Arrow actress Katie Cassidy -- has previously been arrested two other times for drunk driving. In November 2010, Cassidy was handcuffed for a DUI in Florida. In August 2013, the "Get Happy" singer was pulled over outside of Albany, N.Y. for driving with his high beams on. A field sobriety test was administered, and he did not pass.
