Sharon Stone Opens Up About Aging in Hollywood

Sharon Stone is one actress that seems to be getting hotter with every passing year, and now the 55-year-old is revealing how getting older has changed her for the better. The "Love Lace" star opens up in the latest issue of New You magazine explaining that, "People are afraid of changing … they don't understand that they're gaining something." And one thing Sharon has gained with age: killer cheekbones! She tells the mag, "I thought I lost the deep vortex on my eyelid that you have when you're younger, but I gained almost a kind of beautiful abyss. As I lost the fullness in my face, I got in these great cheekbones."
Stone also explained how her desires have changed as she ages. "As women, we understand our bodies, and there's a blossoming that occurs with sex," she said. "We bring to life a more expansive understanding of life, ourselves, and others. We are more generous and assertive."
And as the bombshell embraces her fifties, she is busier than ever with eight projects in the works. She told the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, "The greatest thing about being my age is the opportunity to portray real women doing real things in real life."
