KATY PERRY LOST HER MIND, AND CLOTHES.. KEEP THEM OFF GIRL

Ashlee Simpson Goes Public With Her New Man

Ashlee Simpson was modeling more than just the latest designs from her big sister's clothing line on Tuesday. She was also showing off her new man.
As the new face of the Jessica Simpson fall 2013 ad campaign, the 28-year-old hosted a party in Manhattan on Tuesday to unveil the last offerings from the brand. And while her designer sister sat out the event ― she was back in Los Angeles recovering from the birth of son Ace ― Ashlee had support from another source: her boyfriend Evan Ross.
It's been rumored that Ashlee, who ended a relationship with "Boardwalk Empire" star Vincent Piazza in November (and has a 4-year-old son with ex-husband Pete Wentz), has been dating legendary Motown singer Diana Ross's son, but this was their big coming out party. And may we say they looked fetching in their first official photo ― the blonde looked like a goddess in her flowing blue dress and the Manhattan skyline as the sun set was the perfect backdrop.
The only thing we would change about the pic is her expression. The cameraman should have held up a puppet like they do with small children, to make her crack even a tiny little smile. Who knows? Maybe the subtle pout is a tip she's picked up since she started modeling. Or maybe she's following Tyra Banks's advice and smiling with her eyes instead. The duo in Cabo. (Instagram)
Simpson and Ross, who have reportedly been friends for a decade, have been sloooowly coming out as a couple in recent weeks. In early July they were photographed together several days in a row (there was some hand-holding), then at Guy Oseary's 4th of July party, they "chatted intimately, whispering in each other's ears and making each other laugh," Us Weekly reported.
Ross seems to be a doting partner ― well, if Twitter is any indication. The 24-year-old musician and actor shared a sweet snapshot of them on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on July 17, tagging it "cabohippylife." He has also been to see her two times in the production of "Chicago: The Musical" at the Hollywood Bowl. He gushed that Simpson, who plays Roxie, looked "incredible" in it and called her performance "off the wall the amazing."
Yep, sounds like a guy who's in love!
